As if I didn't love strawberries enough, here are 7 reasons why to eat more of them! Plus a healthy recipe to try!

Summer Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes 6 servings

18 cups fresh spinach

1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced

6 ounces slightly cooked almonds cut in half with a little butter and brown sugar.

1 cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
