Hummus,
the simple dip of chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice and salt, has me under a
spell. It’s the perfect snack for anyone at any time! I like to dip baby
carrots or celery in it, or I usually have it with wheat thins, another
favorite of mine. Here are some great
reasons why it's completely acceptable to eat hummus every single day of your
